New Mexico Media Directory: Subscribe Overview

This page allows you to either subscribe to one of our online editions or to buy our hard copy media directories.

Here is the process to subscribe or buy.

Step 1. Choose the product that you are interested in and check the box next to it.
Step 2: If your organization is in the state of Texas and is Tax Exempt, check the box indicating this tax exempt status. (Note if you choose tax exempt you must fax a tax exempt certificate to 512-458-6358. If we do not receive this information we will have to recharge your credit card for the sales tax due. Customers in the state of Texas are required to pay sales tax. The billing and shipping address that you provide must be outside the state of Texas to avoid Texas Sales Tax.

Step 3: Fill out your name, e-mail, phone, and SHIPPING ADDRESS 1st.

Fields with a * red asterisk are required and the form may not be submitted without them. If your shipping and billing address are the same click the box and the program will populate the billing information. If not you need to fill in your billing information. * This is important for credit card purchases where the billing address often does not match the shipping address.
 
Step 4: If you are an existing user renewing your subscription or purchasing book please check the box indicating this status and enter your existing username and password. If you are a new customer please enter a username and password to be used in the future for access to our site.

Step 5: If you are purchasing our products under an existing  Purchase Order please enter the number in the PO Number field.

Step 6: Choose your method of payment. If you are paying by credit card (V/MC ONLY) and your card is approved, you will get immediate access to the database. Click the bubble to the left of "pay by credit card" then click the Button labeled Proceed to Secure Payment. This will bring up a new page that will ask for your credit card information and ask you to verify your billing information.

If you wish to pay by check click the bubble next to "Pay By Check" then click the button labeled Submit Pay by Check. We will receive your order and contact you with an invoice for payment. Upon payment we will issue you a username and password for access to the system.

License Agreement 

IMPORTANT: CAREFULLY READ THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT BEFORE ACCESSING THE TEXAS MEDIA DIRECTORY ONLINE. By logging on to this web site with the username and password provided by Directory Publishing, Ltd., you (Subscriber) indicate your acceptance of this license agreement.

 

The New Mexico Media Directory Online  (NMMDO)

GRANT OF LIMITED LICENSE. Directory Publishing, Ltd. (D.P.L.) grants to Subscriber the right to access the NMMDO for the period specified in Subscriber’s subscription to NMMDO. Access is provided under this license for one single user. Additional users must purchase additional licenses to access the system. Multiple users accessing the NMMDO simultaneously using Subscriber’s username and password will result in this license being rescinded by D.P.L, all future access to the NMMDO being blocked and the forfeiture of any fees paid.

 

All of the information contained in NMMDO is the property of NMMDO and is specifically for the Subscriber’s use in contacting media outlets in the State of New Mexico. D.P.L. has the right to control or alter the contents of online media directory at any time at its sole discretion. Subscriber may not grant or sell access to the NMMDO to any third parties or provide any of the information contained therein to third parties.

 

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY, LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. ACCESS TO THE NMMDO IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NONINFRINGEMENT.  FURTHER, NMMDO DOES NOT WARRANT RESULTS OF USE OR THAT THE PRODUCT IS BUG FREE OR THAT ITS USE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED. IN NO EVENT WILL DIRECTORY PUBLISHING, LTD. BE LIABLE TO SUBSCRIBER FOR ANY DAMAGES (INCLUDING INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE NMMDO.

 

TECHNICAL SUPPORT: D.P.L. will provide free technical support via email or telephone for 30 days from the date of the invoice associated with the purchase of a Subscription. After this 30 day period, fees will be charged for technical support. Technical support is provided during normal business hours, which are generally 9:30AM-4:30PM Central Time Mon.-Fri.

 

DEFAULT OF LICENSE: All rights and licenses granted to Subscriber will automatically be rescinded if D.P.L. has not received payment in full within thirty (30) days of the date D.P.L. provides Subscriber access to the NMMDO. If Subscriber fails to make payment in full within 30 days, D.P.L. will rescind Subscriber’s access to the NMMDO and Subscriber will owe NMMDO payment in full under the subscription. Subscriber also agrees to pay interest in an amount to be determined by D.P.L. accrued from the date of access to the NMMDO along with any fees or charges incurred by D.P.L. related to collecting payment from Subscriber. All rights and licenses granted to Subscriber will be rescinded in the event Subscriber violates any federal, state, local or other statute in any way during your use of the NMMDO.
